Can I cancel my order?
Items are usually dispatched within 2 weeks from when you place an order. Domestic shipment usually arrive within 3-5 days while international deliveries can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. If you paid for tracked delivery you'll be able to check the shipment status through your tracking number.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so on the same day you placed it to get a full refund. This is due to the made-to-order nature of this business. Ribbons are only purchased once the order is received which means that, to avoid waste, it is not possible to cancel it after they have been ordered.

How should I care for my bag?
If you wish to return an item you may do so within 14 days of receiving it provided that it is clean and unworn with original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To return an item, please contact us at email@example.com.
All our bags are unique pieces that need to be handled with care. Being made of double sided satin ribbon extra care needs to be taken in avoiding pointy items which could fray and ruin them. We suggest to hand wash them, if needed, at low temperature to preserve their original, vibrant color.
